A game whose entire skill ceiling is noticing things slightly before everyone else.

From the people who make Tenzi, which tells you most of what you need to know: small box, no reading of rules, immediate noise. You get five double-sided picture cards laid out in front of you, and a face-down pile of clue cards in the middle. Somebody flips a clue, and the first person to slap down a picture that matches it gets rid of a card. First to clear their five wins.

The clues are things like something you would find in a kitchen or starts with the letter P, so the matching is loose enough to argue about, which is where the game actually lives. Because your cards are double-sided you are working with ten options and can only see five, so there is a small ongoing memory problem underneath the shouting. Contains 120 double-sided picture cards and 65 clue cards, with several other ways to play in the rules.

Perfect for: The competitive relative who insists they do not like party games and will nonetheless win this one and mention it later.
