Chinese whispers, played with a marker pen, going somewhere nobody intended.

Everybody gets a phrase and draws it. Pass the board on. The next player writes what they think the drawing is. Pass it on again, and the next person draws that. By the time your board comes back it has passed through six hands and become something that cannot legally be described here.

The adult edition simply supplies worse phrases to start from, which is all it needs to do - the mechanism generates the filth on its own and always has. Big Potato build these for rooms full of people who do not play board games, and it shows in how little explaining it needs.
