Every player starts with a set of vital organs. Play affliction cards to remove other people's, and cure cards to hang on to your own. Last one still functioning wins.

It's gruesome in a cartoon way rather than a genuinely unpleasant one, and it accidentally teaches a fair bit of anatomy along the way — children who play it come away knowing what a pancreas is, which is more than most adults.
