MicroMacro: Kids – Crazy City Park

Somebody has taken the dinosaur bone.

An enormous hidden-object city park with a great deal going on in it, and a set of mysteries pitched at younger investigators: how the big dinosaur bone disappeared, who can stop the rampaging robot before it flattens the city, and how the diamond thief got past the police. Johannes Sich designed it for Edition Spielwiese — the MicroMacro idea, scaled down to age six.

You investigate together as a team, following clues across the map, solving puzzles and piecing together what actually happened. Nothing hides behind rules: everything you need is drawn somewhere on the scene, and the game is finding it. Fifteen to forty-five minutes depending on how many cases you take on in a sitting.

Perfect for: Children who notice things adults walk straight past, which is most of them.
