Ligretto: Green

No turns. No waiting. Just hands everywhere at once.

Ligretto is played entirely simultaneously. Each player lays out a row of face-up cards and a stack of ten beside it, then races to shed that stack onto shared piles in the middle — ones first, then twos of the same colour, and so on. Everyone plays at the same time, so the pile you were reaching for is usually gone before you get there.

Rounds run five to ten minutes. Score, reset, go again.

The Green set plays two to four on its own. Combine it with the Red and Blue sets and Ligretto scales all the way to twelve players, which is the reason households end up owning more than one colour.

Perfect for: Families, and any group that wants noise.
