Liar's Dice
Everyone at the table is lying. That is not a flaw in the group.
The classic dice game of bluffing, in a set from Let's Play Games with six cups, dice and a carry bag. Everyone rolls under their cup, looks at what they have, and then bids on how many of a given number are on the table across every hand — including the ones nobody can see. Each bid must be higher than the last, so the numbers climb until somebody refuses to believe it.
The whole game turns on the moment you call. Get it right and the bidder loses a die; get it wrong and you do. Fewer dice means less information, which means the players closest to losing are also the hardest to read — a small piece of design cruelty that keeps the endgame tight. Six cups means six players, which is more than most bluffing games manage.
Perfect for: The person at the table who cannot keep a straight face, and everyone else, who have been waiting for a game that punishes exactly that.
