Heat - Heavy Rain Expansion

Weather, which in a racing game means everything you planned is now wrong.

The first Heat expansion, and still the one that changes the most. Japan runs in torrential rain with standing water exactly where you don't want it. Mexico is a legendary circuit laced with chicanes. Wet conditions alter how corners behave, so every cornering speed you've internalised over a dozen races quietly stops being reliable.

It also adds Air Intake upgrade cards, which give you a genuinely new lever for managing engine heat — the resource the entire game is built around — and an extra car for the grid. If you only ever buy one Heat expansion, most people will tell you this is the one.

Requires Heat: Pedal to the Metal to play.

Perfect for: Anyone who has raced the base game enough that the corners have stopped being frightening and started being arithmetic.
