Go Fish, with the politeness surgically removed.

A 52-card deck of thirteen matched pairs, played exactly like the Go Fish you learned as a child, except that every card and every exchange has been rewritten by somebody with no interest in being invited back. The rules take ten seconds because you already know them; the deck does the rest of the work.

It is a gag deck rather than a designed game, and it does not pretend otherwise — which is why it works. Small enough for a bag, cheap enough to leave at somebody's house, and firmly adults-only.
