Exploding Kittens: 2 Player Edition
Russian roulette with cats, cut down to the two people who actually wanted to play it.
The original Exploding Kittens is a party game that works best when the table is big enough for grudges. This is the opposite: a small tin built for two, with the deck rebalanced so a head-to-head game does not collapse into one person drawing the bomb in round two.
Same premise — draw cards until somebody pulls an Exploding Kitten and dies, unless they happen to be holding a Defuse. Nope cards, See the Future, Attack, all present. Fifteen minutes, fits in a jacket pocket, and it is the version to take camping rather than the big box.
Perfect for: a couple on a train, and anyone who has discovered that Exploding Kittens with two people using the standard deck is a bit of a mess.
