Dungeons & Dragons Questers: Creatures Blind Box

You do not get to pick which monster you get. That is rather the point.

Basic Fun have taken the bestiary out of Dungeons & Dragons and shrunk it to an inch and three quarters. Each box holds one creature, sealed, unidentified until you open it, and built from parts that come off and go back on somewhere else. This is the smallest of the three Questers scales — the creatures sit alongside the larger Adventurers and the bigger Monsters, and every piece across the range is designed to swap.

Inside the box with the figure: a quest card, a story starter, a rollable d20 and a handful of accessories. The d20 is the tell — this is a toy line that has read the source material and understood that the dice are the bit children want to touch. What you actually do with it is build an encounter on the kitchen table and roll for it, which is roughly how most of us started.
