Deception: Murder in Hong Kong

The forensic scientist knows who did it. She just isn't allowed to say.

One player is the murderer, hidden among the investigators. Another is the Forensic Scientist — she knows exactly who — and her entire vocabulary for the rest of the game is a set of cards reading things like Cause of Death: Drowning and Location: Bathroom. She cannot speak. She can only lay out clues and watch you get it wrong.

Everyone argues over what the clues could possibly mean. The murderer argues loudest, because the murderer is also holding the murder weapon and the key evidence in plain sight on the table.

Scales from four to twelve, runs about twenty minutes, and works with people who have never played a board game.

Perfect for: Parties, big groups, and anyone who liked Werewolf but wanted evidence.
