CATAN (6th Edition): Cities & Knights 5-6 Player Extension

Cities & Knights is the expansion most Catan players eventually decide is the actual game. This makes room for two more of them.

Cities & Knights adds commodities, city improvements and a barbarian invasion that forces the whole table to cooperate or lose together. It is substantially heavier than base Catan and has a devoted following who will not go back. This extension supplies the additional pieces and cards needed to run it at five or six players.

Fair warning on length: six-player Cities & Knights is the longest game in the Catan catalogue by some distance. Set aside an evening rather than an hour, and make sure everyone knows the rules before you start.

Requires the CATAN base game, CATAN Cities & Knights and the CATAN 5-6 Player Extension to play.
