The gentlest game on the shelf, and it will still beat you.

The habitats and wildlife of the Pacific Northwest, assembled into a terrain area of your own. Randy Flynn designed it for Flatout Games, and the reason it sold the way it did is that it looks like very little and plays beautifully.

You begin with three hexagonal habitat tiles, and on your turn you take one of the four tiles on display — each randomly paired with a wildlife token — place the tile against your own, then put the token onto a habitat that suits it. Each tile shows one to three of the game's five wildlife types, and a habitat holds at most one token, so the pairing on offer is the whole constraint: the tile you want rarely turns up with the animal you want. That is the entire tension, and it turns out to be enough. Thirty to forty-five minutes.

Please note: This is the Kickstarter edition.

Perfect for: People who want a puzzle they can lose quietly, without anybody being attacked.

1–4 players | 30–45 minutes | Age 10+
