Tile-laying so satisfying it's almost rude.

Azul has you drafting beautiful ceramic tiles to decorate a Portuguese palace wall. Take all the tiles of one colour from a factory display, push the rest to the centre, and try not to hand your opponents exactly what they needed.

The rules take five minutes to explain and the decisions stay tight all game. Take too many tiles and you'll be penalised for the overflow - so half the skill is knowing when to stop being greedy. Winner of the Spiel des Jahres.
