A hand-drawn map covering the country's key wine-producing regions, the grape varieties that made them and the appellations worth knowing — Barossa Valley through to the cool-climate Yarra. It was curated by working sommeliers, so the detail holds up to scrutiny from people who actually care about this.

1000 pieces, 48 x 68cm finished, and it comes with a full-size poster and a box stand so you can see what you're building. Grape profiles are printed throughout with aromas, characteristics and food matches, which means you finish it knowing more than when you started.

Water & Wines is a Swedish outfit founded by Stockholm sommelier Yamit Viitaoja during lockdown, made in the EU from recycled paper. They plant a tree for every puzzle sold.
