The puzzles climb in difficulty as the pad goes on, so the early pages are for a four-year-old and the later ones genuinely are not - there are enough dots by the back of the book to take a proper quarter of an hour.

The real virtue is that it needs no setup and no adult. Numbered dots explain themselves, which is the actual test for anything you hand a child across a restaurant table. Single player throughout, and the tin takes the abuse of a school bag without the pad creasing.
