Too Many Bones
A dice-built RPG in a box, with components you could survive a flood with.
Too Many Bones is Chip Theory's legendary dice-builder adventure: pick a Gearloc hero, load their skill chips and dice, and battle through a rogue's gallery of increasingly unreasonable monsters toward a final boss who has heard of your reputation and is unimpressed.
Every fight is a puzzle of dice, positioning and character progression — level up your Gearloc between battles, chase down loot, and watch your build snowball into something genuinely powerful. The components are the stuff of hobby legend: poker-weight chips, neoprene mats, and dice by the fistful, all built to survive years at the table.
Plays 1–4, shines solo or duo, and swallows entire weekends whole.
