Sosig

Competitive sausage assembly, played entirely straight.

Players draft sosig tiles and add them to their board, building sausages that meet the order requirements in front of them and scoring points for doing it well. It is a tile-placement game with a very short rules sheet and a great deal of reaching across the table.

Ten to fifteen minutes, two to four players, and the sort of thing that gets picked up off the shelf because of the name and then stays out for three more rounds.

Perfect for: The gap between two longer games, and anyone who finds the word funny.
