Pandemic is the co-operative classic where your team of specialists races around the globe treating outbreaks and researching cures, all working together against a board that's constantly getting worse. Each player takes on a role with its own special ability — the Medic clears infections fast, the Scientist needs fewer cards to cure — and success means figuring out how those roles fit together under pressure.

It's the game that made co-op mainstream, and for good reason: tense, clever, and truly a team effort. Everyone wins together or loses together, usually while arguing about the next move and who was supposed to be watching Africa.
