Magic: The Gathering – The Hobbit Play Booster Pack
Fourteen cards, one of them foil, and a small hope about the other thirteen.
Wizards has been mining Middle-earth since Tales of Middle-earth, and The Hobbit is the narrower, warmer half of that world: Bilbo, Thorin's company, Smaug on his pile, and a riddle contest in the dark. The art leans on the book rather than the films, which is the right call and will please the people it needs to please. Released 14 August 2026.
A Play Booster is the standard draft-and-play pack: 14 cards, of which 1–3 are rare or better, 3–5 uncommon, 7–9 common, plus a land, and one card of any rarity comes traditional foil. Three or more rares is genuinely uncommon — the odds are about 26% for two and 2% for three — so temper expectations accordingly. Eight of these makes a draft; one of these makes a Tuesday slightly better.
Please note: this is a single sealed booster pack. Contents are random and cannot be chosen, exchanged or returned once opened.
Perfect for: the person who has read the book more times than is strictly reasonable and would quite like a foil Smaug about it.
Single Play Booster | 14 cards per pack
