Ten teams line up in Ghirapur for the Grand Prix, tear out through a stable Omenpath onto Amonkhet, through another onto Muraganda, and back. Waiting at the end is the Aetherspark, a device built to let a Planeswalker's spark exist and be used apart from a body — which is the sort of object that attracts exactly the wrong sort of driver. Chandra and Pia Nalaar are in it, so are Basri Ket, Daretti and Kari Zev, alongside a field of new team leads.

Released 14 February 2025 and still Standard legal. Start your engines! sets your speed to 1, and it climbs by one whenever an opponent loses life on your turn, once per turn, up to a maximum of four. Speed never goes down. Max speed abilities switch on only once you have hit four, so the set builds a race into the game state itself rather than just the art. Exhaust abilities can be activated once only. Vehicles and crew return, Mounts and saddle with them, and Pilot creatures count as power 2 for the purpose of both.

Each pack holds 14 cards — 6 or 7 commons, 3 uncommons, a wildcard, at least one rare or mythic rare, one traditional foil, and a land — plus an art card or token.
