FanRoll: Battleship Search & Destroy

Battleship, but you launch the shot.

FanRoll is Metallic Dice Games' line of dice-driven takes on Hasbro classics. This one keeps the hunting-for-ships part of Battleship and replaces calling out coordinates with physically launching dice at the board.

You avoid mines, choose weapons and work out where the enemy submarines are using memory cards, dice and dice launchers. The rules take about five minutes to learn.

Two players, ages eight and up.

Perfect for: Two-player nights, families, and anyone who thought Battleship needed more physics.
