Azul: Master Chocolatier (Limited Edition)
Azul, but the tiles are chocolates, which is objectively an improvement.
Master Chocolatier is a limited edition reskin of Azul — Michael Kiesling's 2018 Spiel des Jahres winner — with the Portuguese tilework swapped for a chocolatier's window. The rules are the Azul rules: draft tiles from factory displays, take every tile of one colour, and watch everything you did not take slide into the middle for the next player.
The cruelty is in the overflow. Tiles you cannot place go on the floor line and cost you points, so a greedy grab early becomes a penalty you carry to the end. Because taking all of one colour is compulsory, half the game is working out what you are handing the person on your left. Same tight fifteen-to-forty-minute design that has sold in the millions, in a box that will not be reprinted.
Perfect for: People who already own Azul and will buy it again anyway, which is most people who own Azul.
